These terms apply to your use of this website and to services booked with West Coast Wash at 445 Kingsway, Vancouver or 4290 Halifax St., Burnaby. Booking a service means you accept them.
Quotes and pricing
Published prices scale by vehicle size class, described in our vehicle size guide. The shop manager confirms your size class and price on-site before work starts, and the confirmed price doesn't change afterward. Vehicle condition can change how long a job takes; it doesn't change a confirmed quote. Some services (paint repair, upholstery repair, paintless dent repair, and the Magician's Signature Detail) are quoted per vehicle rather than from a table.
Bookings and vehicles
Walk-ins are accepted for most washes; detailing, coating, and reconditioning are scheduled work. Please empty trunks and remove valuables before interior work, since packages that include the trunk require it to be empty. We may decline or re-quote work where a vehicle's condition differs materially from what was described.
Sister company services
Tinting, paint protection film, wheel repair, upholstery repair, and dent repair are performed by West Coast Auto Lab, a separate company at our shared Burnaby facility. Those services are governed by their terms, and requests you send for them are passed to them.
Liability
We take care with every vehicle. Where something goes wrong in our work, tell us promptly, ideally before leaving the shop, so we can inspect and make it right. We aren't responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or items left in the vehicle, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under BC consumer protection law.
