Because car cleaning is done by hand, and because things like weather, road grime, and a vehicle's age all play a part, some variables sit outside our direct control. Our team is skilled and careful, so it's very rare, but there's always a small chance of unforeseen damage or a lost item.

In the unlikely event that something like that happens, West Coast Wash and its staff can't be held liable. We'd rather be upfront about that than leave your expectations unclear, and we'll always talk it through with you honestly.
Customer Inspection Encouragement
To keep everyone on the same page, we ask every customer to look over their vehicle before and after our service. That way we both agree on the car's condition going in and coming out, and it keeps the whole thing straightforward.
Visibility of Pre-existing Conditions Post-Cleaning
Some marks, like scratches or chips, can hide under dust and dirt and only show up once the car is clean. When that happens, it's the cleaning uncovering something that was already there, not new damage. Without a written record of the car's condition before service, it isn't always possible to tell a pre-existing mark from a fresh one by sight alone.
Customer Responsibility: Removal of Belongings and Valuables
Please take all personal belongings and valuables out of your vehicle before you hand it over. West Coast Wash won't be liable for any loss or damage to items left in the car during the detailing process. It also lets our team focus fully on the car itself.
