Paint, upholstery, and dent work never gets guessed at a counter. Those three are quoted from photos, every time, and that's a feature: you get a real number without a wasted trip.

How It Works

Why photo quotes?

Because damage doesn't come in standard sizes. A shallow ding on a flat door and a crease across a body line are different jobs at different prices, and anyone quoting them sight-unseen is either padding the number or about to change it on you. Photos kill both problems.

Take three shots: one wide so we see the panel, one close on the damage, one at an angle so the light shows the depth. Email them to info@westcoastautolab.com or attach them to the quote form, and you'll have your number before you've driven anywhere.

  • One wide shot: the whole panel
  • One close shot: the damage itself
  • One angled shot: depth in the light
  • Email or quote form, either works
  • Real number before you drive in
Dents & Dings

Paintless dent repair

Door dings, parking-lot mysteries, hail: if the paint's intact, paintless dent repair massages the metal back without filler or respray, and the panel keeps its factory finish. That last part matters more than most people think, because original paint is worth real money at resale time.

The honest line: if the paint's cracked or scraped through, PDR alone won't fix it, and that's paint territory at $350 per panel instead. Your photos tell us which side of the line the dent sits on, and we'll say so straight.

  • Paint intact: a PDR candidate
  • Paint cracked: paint repair, $350 per panel
  • No filler, no respray, factory finish kept
  • Quoted from your three photos

Good To Know

Reconditioning questions, answered

What is car reconditioning?

Bringing a used car back to front-line condition: deep detailing plus the repairs, wheels, paint, upholstery, and dents. It's what dealerships do to trade-ins before the lot, and our Halifax St. building does the whole job in one place.

How much does paintless dent repair cost?

It's quoted by photo, because a shallow door ding and a creased panel are completely different jobs. Send three photos and you'll have a real number without driving anywhere.

Where does reconditioning happen?

At 4290 Halifax St., Burnaby, the building we share with West Coast Auto Lab. Hand car washes run at our Kingsway Vancouver shop instead.

Can I book a detail and repairs in one visit?

That's the point of the building. Mention both when you book and we'll coordinate the detailing with the WCAL repair work in a single drop-off.

What does wheel repair cost?

From $195 per wheel across 23 wheel services, with a $50 addition for wheels 21 inches and up.
