West Coast Wash ("we", "us") operates this website and two automotive service locations in Vancouver and Burnaby, BC. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what your options are. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

When you send a quote request or contact form, we receive what you type: typically your name, phone number or email, vehicle details, and your message. When you call or visit, we may record booking details needed to do the work. Photos you email for repair quotes are used only to prepare that quote.
How we use it
To respond to your request, prepare quotes, schedule and perform services, and follow up on work we've done for you. We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it with third parties except service providers needed to run this website and our booking process, or where the law requires it.

Our sister company
Some services (tinting, paint protection film, wheel, upholstery, and dent repair) are performed by West Coast Auto Lab at our shared Burnaby facility. If your request involves those services, the details you provide are shared with them to prepare and perform the work.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, and we take reasonable steps to protect it.
Your rights
